We visited Abydos and the Temple of Seti I and Rameses II dedicated to Osiris, god of the underworld. We activated the element nitrogen and felt a deep connection between the deepest part of the earth and the deepest part of the divine energy. Interestingly this Temple celebrates the resurrection of Osiris with one of its famous reliefs being the "raising of the djed" representing the strengthening and resurrection of the spine of Osiris as he was brought back to life after his brother Set had chopped his body into pieces, One of the products from Nitrogen is fertiliser which raises plants up to be strong and healthy.

My Meditation: With compassion for myself and others I engage the process, healing from past wounds. I embrace with joy the recovery of my wholeness. I seek to bridge the expanses to reunite my consciousness with all that is.
