We visited Dendera, the temple of Hathor. It truly is a magnificent sight to see. There is a small chapel dedicated to Isis where our activation of the element Oxygen into the fifth dimensional space caused an alignment with each person's merkaba and a corresponding shift into higher frequencies of light. We were told after we had completed our work, the custodians of the Temple liked what we were doing because everything felt "smooth" and they felt it throughout the entire temple.

Oxygen Speaks: I am Oxygen and I am the air that you breathe. I am essential for life. I am present within your cells and your blood. You cannot see me in the air but you can see me in the water. My bubbles are light and fun. I am mysterious and bring to you the living mystery.

My Meditation: I open my mind and heart to awareness of the higher realms. I open my awareness to the function of my merkaba vehicle and utilise my light body in the service of expansion and spiritual growth.
