We energetically moved northward on the River Nile and came to Kom Ombo and its Temple of Sobek and Haroeris where we activated the element bromine associated with the crystal bromargyrite and the essential oil sandalwood. Many of our group felt both density and lightness at the same time. One member reported a tunnelling into the centre of the earth where the heat melted the bromine into silver and then travelled upward in her body like a silver snake which then turned into a pewter colour and then into a silverish gas, strengthening her entire body.

Another saw swirling colours in the earth of red, blue and green like a chakra turning. As it rose up it turned into a black shaft which then went back down to the earth in a series of steel posts. Several people said that the crystal itself feels like a rock from another planet. Another person felt the presence of Horus, who incidentally is the archetype for this crystal. Others reported that their sinuses were activated and their ears were popping and there was pressure in their head. One person said she had a crocodile sitting beside her the entire time but did not feel afraid.

Bromine Speaks: I am Bromine and I am imbued with the ability to attract all energies to the earth plane. I share with you the necessity of groundedness in order that all you bring into your life will be embodied in your physical experience. Always remember that without a good grounding there is not the ability to interpret accurately the good in all things.

My Meditation: I embrace with joy my physical and spiritual selves, knowing them to be one and the same. I unify my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as I evolve into more of myself.
