Our activation at Kom Ombo was to anchor and further stabilize the third element, Lithium into the fifth dimensional grid in our bodies. We visited the Double Temple of Sobek and Haroeris and re-experienced one of the initiatory tunnels where the initiates had to find their way through the crocodile infested waters. Our ceremony raised in us a deep appreciation of the mineral kingdom and how it has such a strong and stabilizing affect on our connection to the earth and our physical bodies.

My Meditation: I move into alignment with my higher self in a calm flow of peace and joy. This practice brings me into an alignment with my intentions for my life and brings greater peace and joy.
