At the beautiful double Temple of Sobek and Haroeris at Kom Ombo one evening in October we activated the element Krypton. We were connected with the crystal Chalcedony. The spiritual aspects of this crystal are that it helps with divine communication, speech and channeling work. It can also assist in repairing the energy field and sealing leaks or holes.

We were also resonating with the plant oil Roman Chamomile. In ancient Egypt Chamomile was dedicated to the sun God Re. Re was evoked to restore wholeness to the self. Chamomile is a hard herb, which requires the suns energy to thrive, therefore it can be said that this herb holds substantial sun energy. It is also important to note that sun energy is what brings life to planet earth. It opens communication to the Angelic realms or the realm of the gods by opening intuition and receptivity. The ancient Egyptians dedicated the herb to the sun and worshipped it above other herbs for its healing properties. The chamomile flower is thought to transform negative energy into positive energy.

The god Sobek who has the body of a man and the head of a crocodile was elevated to being known as Sobek Re during the New Kingdom. The god Haroeris (Horus the Elder) was seen as a great falcon with outstretched wings whose right eye was the sun and the left one was the moon.

During this activation we had many connections with the sun energy through Sobek and Roman Chamomile. We experienced strong interactions with our pineal glands as the work proceeded to the higher frequencies. There are representations of this cone shaped gland, in the form of a pine cone on the staff of the Egyptian god Osiris.

Again we experienced deep grounding during and after the process. We felt deep gratitude for the privilege of being a part of this sacred alchemical work.

Krypton Speaks: I am Krypton and I bring to you the promise of excitement and liveliness. My message to you is to live your life to the fullest and bring your joy into each moment. Bring your presence of mind to the fore, so as to watch for the opportunities and potential creations that appear to you. It is essential to be present in each moment.

My Meditation: I am at peace with myself and my world and my awareness of all that I am is ever growing. I continue to recognise my wholeness and choose to be present in each eternal moment.
